1. Business Angels Scheme (BAS)
Singapore-incorporated start-ups who are less than five years old and engaged in developing new or better products, processes and applications are eligible. The start-ups will need to obtain a minimum investment of S$75,000 from one of the three pre-approved business angel groups (BAF Spectrum/www. bafspectrum.com & Sirius Angel Fund/www. sirius.com.sg). For every S$1 invested by the business angel fund, SEEDS Capital will invest S$1, up to S$1.5 million. Both SEEDS Capital and the business angel group will take equity stakes in the company in proportion to their investments.

2. Enterprise Fund
Need funds to grow your business or venture abroad? Get S$1-S$3 million in equity funding under the Enterprise Fund. If you're an asset-light and/or non-technology business with good cashflow track records and at least S$1 million in annual revenue, you may apply for the fund to buy assets such as machinery, land and equipment, acquire other companies, finance projects, expand or venture abroad, or fund short-term operational needs for specific projects.
