- This service is limited to a maximum of one hour per appointment, on a first-come-first-served basis.  Priority will be given to first timers. Appointment time will be allocated to you upon receiving the reply slip.

- The reply slip received will be taken as an agreement that you will attend the allocated session.  All written cancellation must reach us by 17 February 2010.
